Act 2 four-webinar series (420 mins.)
You are registering for a four-part webinar series as noted below. If you intended to enroll for a single date, please return to the home page calendar and select the date for any specific topic(s).
Level: Basic/Intermediate
PCPG is proud to be offering a new training series in our ongoing partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). The Act 2 Land Recycling Program webinar series provides an overview of the Act 2 process and guidance on applying the Statewide Health, Site-Specific, and Background Standards, as well as the Special Industrial Area (SIA) remedy.
The series includes four (4) two-hour webinars that break down regulatory requirements, data evaluation expectations, and common technical challenges encountered by environmental professionals. It has been designed as a comprehensive introduction for those who are new to the program. However, it will also be valuable to experienced professionals looking for a refresher and to hear from PADEP on recent challenges.
Whether you're new to Act 2 or looking to deepen your regulatory expertise, this collaborative training is intended to strengthen your understanding and confidence in navigating Pennsylvania’s remediation framework. Join us for this in-depth educational opportunity tailored for the Commonwealth’s environmental and geological community.
