Shale Gas Seminar Series Topic 3

Marcellus Shale Environmental Management (420 mins.)

Four Points by Sheraton Pittsburgh North
910 Sheraton Drive
Mars, PA

Overview
This course is intended to provide an update on the current status of unconventional drilling (i.e., Marcellus Shale) related issues.  Specifically, the course will focus on siting, permitting, and environmental issues associated with development of these wells.  The intent of the course is to ensure producers, regulatory, and technical stakeholders are provided an open forum to learn about and discuss trends and challenges facing the industry.  More importantly, the course is intended to help provide solutions to challenges facing those working within the industry.  This course is intended for oil and gas regulators, industry professionals, producers, and consultants.  It is not considered an “entry level course” but will still provide an excellent baseline understanding of industry issues to those not actively involved within the industry.
