Regarding each visitor to PCPG’s Website, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, not the e-mail address (where possible).

PCPG collects only the domain name, not e-mail addresses of visitors to our website; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; aggregate information regarding which  pages consumers access or visit; and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information that PCPG collects is used for internal review and is then discarded; used to improve the content of our Web page; used to notify visitors about updates to our Web site; used by PCPG to contact individuals registered for an event, or to market future events. We do not share Web visitor information or statistics with other organizations for commercial purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from PCPG  in the future, please communicate that to us by emailing   us using the link provided and informing us that you do not want to receive e-mail from PCPG.  Those wishing to opt-back-in to receive e-mail in the future may be required to visit a special web page to do so, and then respond to a verification e-mail.

If you supply PCPG with your postal address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new events or  services. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please communicate that information to us by sending an email to PCPG E-mail. You may also receive mailings from other reputable companies, which have been present at an event for which you registered, however, PCPG does not distribute the information to outside sources.  If you do  not wish to have your name appear on a registration list for a specific event, please provide us with your exact name and address, and the event date. We will ensure that your name does not appear on the attendance list shared with attendees. PCPG attendance lists contain only name and address. They do not contain e-mail addresses, and they are only distributed to those in attendance at the event.

We may periodically be requested to confirm attendance of certain individuals who are attending our event to qualify for continuing education credit, or to qualify for reimbursement by a third-party.  In those instances, we will share appropriate information.

Persons who supply PCPG with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. They may also receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please communicate that to us by sending an email to us at the above address. Please provide PCPG with your correct phone number.
