Trimpi Associates, Inc.

Trimpi Associates, Inc. (TAI) offers professional, quality, cost-effective environmental soil and groundwater consulting and contracting services.  TAI has operated since 1992 servicing customers in eastern and central PA.  Our focus is on site characterization and remediation work involving petroleum and chemical releases.  Our clients include: manufacturers, petroleum retailers, municipal/county clients, insurers, private residences, developers, hospitals, schools, and other environmental consultants and contractors.

TAI has a small well-trained environmental staff that performs:  well installations, soil sampling, groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, modeling; risk assessments; remediation system design, remediation system installation and operation; plans and report preparation.  We have an in-depth and practical knowledge of the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Act and Storage Tank Regulations including field procedures, reporting, and case closures.  Our success is promoted by our long and close working relationship with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and their case managers in the local regional offices (southeast, northeast, and central).

TAI has successfully closed more than 60 Pennsylvania sites over the past four years involving extensive soil and groundwater contamination issues.  Site appropriate remedial techniques are selected and our direct experience includes:  excavation; free product recovery; groundwater pump & treat; soil vapor extraction; air sparging; dual phase extraction; in-situ oxidation;  in-situ and ex-situ bioremediation; natural attenuation; and in-situ thermal treatment.
