Richard
E. Wright, P.G., has been involved with water resources planning and
management for over 35 of his 45-year professional career, and has
long been considered an expert in the field of water resource
management. He was the founder and President (1975 to 1996) of
R.E. Wright Associates, Inc., a full-service earth resources company
providing “total environmental solutions.”
